- Experience in similar environments within catering and hospitality is essential.

- Financial acumen and the ability to manage P&L accounts are necessary qualifications.
- A deep understanding of health and safety protocols, including CIEH, COSHH, and HACCP requirements, is also required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality food and service standards, managing costs, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Additionally, you will oversee compliance with statutory and company standards of hygiene, health, and safety.
