Operations Management Position

 

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused operations manager to lead our teams in achieving operating and financial goals.

 

  • Provide strategic direction, leadership, and control to operations teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Responsible for client operations encompassing cleaning, housekeeping, security, healthcare cleaning, and combined services.
  • Ensure direct reports adhere to company policies and procedures regarding financial controls, payroll, health and safety, accident reporting, and human resources.
  • Manage patch performance against budget, allocating budgets to direct reports for effective operations and optimum financial performance.
  • Focus on retaining existing business and identifying underperforming areas for improvement.

 

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

 

  • Providing overall planning, direction, leadership, and control to all operations teams within their area.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Managing the patch performance against budget and allocating budgets to direct reports.
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and improving retention rates.

 

Person Specification:

The ideal candidate will have:

 

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish effective customer relationships.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and being able to adapt to changing priorities.
  • A clean and valid driving license and proficiency in computer literacy.
  • Basic statutory training requirements including reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
