We are seeking a highly skilled Project Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of governance, compliance, and data protection policies.

Key Responsibilities:">
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the Public Sector Duty.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures, including a central register.
  • Assist with procurement processes and maintain the contract register.
  • Support the finance team with new system implementation and provide coverage as needed.
  • Act as the data protection champion, liaising with the Data Protection Officer.
  • Implement and maintain data protection policies and ensure privacy by design.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to data and records management.
  • Maintain eDocs.
  • Assist with rolling out project management methodologies and provide ongoing support.
  • Support the office refurbishment project and post-implementation of a new HR management system.
  • Support specific ICT projects as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  • A qualification of at least level 6 on the National Framework of Qualifications in administration, business, project management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of directly relevant experience, or 5-6 years in lieu of qualification.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and database skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, management, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Strong planning and organization skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage own workload.
  • Proven ability to prioritize work effectively.
