Project Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our finance team in a Project Coordinator role. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating financial and project activities, ensuring smooth delivery and compliance.

  • Coordinate financial and project activities to ensure seamless delivery and adherence to regulations.
  • Assist with the preparation of invoices, purchase orders, and contract documentation.
  • Support project managers with scheduling, reporting on progress, and meeting key milestones.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, finance teams, and clients to resolve queries and maintain effective communication.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in a finance, project coordination, or administration role, with strong knowledge of invoicing, reconciliations, and general finance processes. Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, are essential.
