Front Desk Associate Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front Desk Associate to provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes, delivering professional and friendly service to visitors.
  • Manage administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Assist with utilizing hotel software to streamline operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions.
  • Present yourself well-groomed, with a polite and professional manner, at all times.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in working hours, adapting to morning, evening, and weekend schedules as required.
Requirements
  1. 2-3 years of relevant experience in a hotel reception role, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  2. Ability to work effectively under stress and deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
