Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for guests in the Front of House, delivering a five-star reception experience.
  • Utilize state-of-the-art technology as part of guest services, including discreet hotel sensors and equipment integrated into the lobby.
  • Assist guests with check-in using tablets and the HotSoft PMS to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.
  • Collaborate with a team of hoteliers to provide an arrival and departure experience that aligns with the brand's standards.
  • Maintain a warm, engaging, and professional demeanor to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience in customer service or front desk roles with a warm, engaging presence.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to anticipate guest needs.
  • Comfort with technology and using guest management systems and tablets for check-in/check-out.
  • Ability to work as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
