Production Line Specialist

The Manufacturing Operations Specialist plays a vital role in the production and delivery of Pre-Filled Syringe operations at our state-of-the-art biopharmaceutical campus.
This is a fixed term opportunity for 23 months with a rotation that includes days and nights.
To succeed in this position, you will be responsible for ensuring products are manufactured according to cGMP and HSE guidelines.
You will operate and maintain equipment on the production lines to achieve required output levels while maintaining schedule adherence and ensuring RFT (Right First Time).
Maintenance and support of the production lines will also include completing relevant SOPs/WIs and training requirements as well as adhering to aseptic practices and procedures.
In addition, you will adhere to all relevant dress code requirements with respect to cGMP and PPE rules.
About You- Essential requirements: Experience working in a cGMP environment; previous sterile experience desirable
- Advantageous skills: Competent operation, cleaning and maintenance of manufacturing equipment; MES/SCADA and SAP experience; good problem solving and analytical skills; demonstrated understanding of mechanical operations; technical writing skills; knowledge of cGMP; excellent interpersonal skills; understanding of site KPI's
