Job Description

The Training and Communications Support role will be part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering a comprehensive training and communications programme. The successful candidate will assist in the implementation of a new solution, supporting users to effectively utilise the system.

  • Deliver high-quality training programmes across the organisation.
  • Design and develop interactive User Guides to support users in using the new system.
  • Become an expert in the MMX system and provide support to team members during the roll-out.
  • Plan and coordinate training schedules and manage administrative tasks.
  • Develop and deliver classroom and virtual training sessions to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Assess and assist stakeholders with their readiness for the roll-out of the new system.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Delivery

Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to stakeholders across the organisation.

User Guide Development

Design and develop interactive User Guides to support users in using the MMX system.

System Expertise

Become an expert in the MMX system and provide support to team members during the roll-out.

Administrative Tasks

Plan and coordinate training schedules and manage administrative tasks associated with the training programme.

Stakeholder Engagement

Assess and assist stakeholders with their readiness for the roll-out of the new system.

Requirements

This role requires:

  • A proven passion for training and communications.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritise and complete work to a high standard within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, people and stakeholder management skills.
  • An experienced user of MS Office Suite.
  • An understanding of regulation, policies and procedures impacting complaints and errors is advantageous.
