Project Manager

This is a challenging opportunity to manage a residential construction project from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or construction management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
- Coordinate and supervise the construction of new apartment developments
- Oversee residential projects, managing manpower on site, including direct staff, trades, and subcontractors
- Attend and lead meetings with senior stakeholders to update them on project progress
- Act as a point of contact for local authorities
- Assist with weekly toolbox talks and whiteboard meetings
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing residential projects
- Engineering background or similar construction management/trades qualification preferred
- Strong IT skills essential (Microsoft Suite, including Project)
In this role, you will work closely with a contracts manager and engineer to ensure that all works are completed accurately, efficiently, and safely. If you have a passion for construction management and a drive to deliver high-quality results, we encourage you to apply.
