Marketing Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's website, social media outlets, digital analytics and email marketing campaigns to drive business growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management of the company's website, social media platforms, digital analytics and email marketing initiatives to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Develop and design high-quality marketing collateral, including presentations, posters, invitations and brochures, to support business objectives.
  • Liaise with external partners and suppliers as required and provide support on brand and messaging projects as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote events, webinars and activities to maximize their profiling opportunities.
  • Manage CRM campaigns and maintain accurate information in the firm's CRM tool.
  • Assist with public relations, advertising and sponsorships, as well as supporting internal communications and marketing efforts when necessary.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Relevant third-level qualification in marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in marketing and communications.
  • Previous experience working in a professional services firm is desirable.
  • Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop are essential.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
  • Ability to use CRM-based systems, web content management tools and email marketing platforms.
Requirements
  • Prefers Irish location but open to applicants willing to relocate to Dublin (within commuting distance).
