Marketing Undergraduate Programme

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Marketing team in Dublin. As a participant in this programme, you will gain comprehensive exposure to all facets of the marketing mix.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of stakeholders, including our marketing team, to provide support in the following areas:

  • Social Media: Assist in conceiving and executing campaigns across our social media platforms.
  • Digital Content: Contribute to the creation of engaging content for our website.
  • Events Management: Support the planning and execution of vital events for our brand, both internal and external.
  • Public Relations: Participate in PR activities for all our campaigns and initiatives.
  • Internal Communications: Contribute to content creation and the implementation of internal communications initiatives through various channels.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a minimum 2.1 Honours Degree (or be working towards one) in Marketing or a related degree programme. You will also require strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, a collaborative nature, adaptability, effective time management, passion for marketing, and a digital enthusiast mindset.

This is a fixed-term contract position, offering valuable experience and exposure within our Marketing function. We are committed to smart working – combining digital tools with a culture of trust and empowerment to enable flexible ways of working. The successful candidate may work flexibly within their jurisdiction with attendance at the workplace for in-person collaboration on at least one anchor day per week.
