Main Responsibilities
  • We monitor training queries and respond promptly.
  • We ensure timely entry of new hires into our training system and assign correct plans.
  • We run reports for compliance purposes.
  • We maintain adherence to policies and procedures.
  • We assist in selecting suitable training plans and materials.
  • We review training documentation to ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices.
Qualifications and Experience
  • A minimum Level 7 NFQ qualification or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in the medical/pharmaceutical industry is preferred, with at least two years' tenure.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning tools is essential.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic environments are key.
