The Role We Are Seeking To Fill

We are looking for a talented Senior Associate to join our dynamic Banking and Capital Markets group. The ideal candidate will have experience in banking and finance legal practice, with a strong interest in staying up-to-date with relevant legal developments.

The successful candidate will contribute to the growth and development of our practice, working closely with clients and colleagues on a diverse range of finance matters.

Key Requirements For This Position
  • Qualified Solicitor in Ireland and/or another common law jurisdiction, with at least four (4) years post-qualification experience.
  • Demonstrable experience in banking and finance legal practice - preferably with a leading Irish or international law firm.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Ability to contribute to the continued development of the practice.
  • Strong interest in ongoing professional development and sharing knowledge with others.
  • Excellent research, drafting and presentation skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
