We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Banking and Capital Markets team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong legal research and drafting abilities, and a passion for maintaining and developing relevant legal knowledge.

The successful candidate will be able to contribute to the continued development of our practice and demonstrate a strong interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments. They will also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Solicitor in Ireland and/or another common law jurisdiction, with a minimum of four (4) years PQE.

Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience in banking and finance legal practice - ideally with a leading Irish or international law firm.

Skills:

  • Excellent legal research and drafting skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to contribute to the continued development of the practice.
  • Strong interest in maintaining, developing and sharing relevant legal knowledge.
