Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Commercial Excellence

    • Identify areas for cost savings and implement process improvements
    • Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth
    • Analyze revenue and payroll forecasts to inform strategic decisions
    • Contribute to the month-end process and lead daily/weekly meetings
  • Leadership Support

    • Provide expert advice to the Financial Controller and General Manager
    • Develop training programs for non-financial managers
    • Foster strong relationships with Heads of Department and staff
    • Help develop a deeper understanding of financial issues
  • Compliance and Controls

    • Maintain robust financial controls and procedures
    • Examine Internal Audit Reports and agree corrective actions
    • Champion technology adoption and efficient business practices

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:
