Cork Clinical Nurse Care Manager

This position involves overseeing a team of caregivers in the Cork region, delivering high-quality care to vulnerable individuals. The ideal candidate will have experience as a registered nurse with a minimum of 5 years' experience and similar field role in the Irish healthcare system.
- Manage the onboarding, rostering, training and development of carers, ensuring their welfare is prioritized.
- Deliver Platinum 20-hour Carer Induction Training to equip carers for client care.
- Monitor daily activities using our Care Management software and take necessary action to safeguard clients.
- Collaborate closely with Support Office regarding scheduling runs, client care and HSE communication.
- Identify and manage training needs within your team and implement a career development path.
- Ensure Client Quality Assurance reviews are conducted and recorded in line with Platinum Homecare and HSE standards.
The successful candidate will possess leadership skills, ability to take responsibility and accountability, understanding of Clinical Governance in Home Support Care Provision and experience in audit preparation.
