Salary Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to manage and optimize payroll processes across multiple jurisdictions.

  • Responsibilities include process payroll for employees across multiple countries, ensure compliance with local tax laws and labour regulations, maintain and reconcile payroll accounts, partner with HR to ensure accurate employee data and timely updates, coordinate with external payroll providers and statutory auditors as needed, prepare payroll-related journal entries, support equity compensation reporting and taxation, continuously improve payroll processes and automation tools.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A professional qualification or certification in payroll or finance.
  • At least 3 years of experience in payroll accounting, preferably in a multinational tech company.
  • A strong understanding of payroll systems and tools.
  • Familiarity with international payroll and tax compliance.
  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
Desirable Skills

The following skills would be advantageous:

  • Experience with equity compensation and reporting.
  • Knowledge of EU payroll regulations.
  • Clear and effective communication skills and a team player with a customer-oriented approach.
