Job Title: Administration and Finance Assistant
">- Managing correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation.
- Acting as recording secretary to the Board, Members Meetings & Audit & Risk Committee.
- Coordinating meetings, agendas, and minutes.
- Supporting internal reporting, data entry, and filing systems on CRM & SharePoint.
- Managing CEO's Calendar.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding level of administrative and organisational skills, including managing complex workloads.
- Excellent time management skills, with ability to plan and prioritise work and meet deadlines.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and demonstrated ability to learn new information systems effectively.
- Flexible approach to work, including occasional availability outside standard working hours.
What You Will Do:
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organisation. This includes managing correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation. You will also act as recording secretary to the Board, Members Meetings & Audit & Risk Committee, coordinating meetings, agendas, and minutes. Additionally, you will support internal reporting, data entry, and filing systems on CRM & SharePoint, and manage the CEO's calendar.
