Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Design Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The successful candidate will assist in the development of certified design solutions for aircraft modifications and repairs, working in collaboration with internal departments, customers, OEMs, and regulatory bodies.

  • The candidate will assist in the preparation, development, and documentation of design solutions for aircraft modifications, ensuring compliance with EASA/FAA regulations.
  • Liaise professionally with customers, suppliers, and OEMs, including participation in onsite aircraft inspections and design validations.
  • Represent the organization at a technical level during internal and external meetings.
  • Collaborate with production and maintenance organizations to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Support the preparation of technical and commercial quotations for clients.
  • Contribute to the review of audit findings and assist in developing appropriate corrective and preventative actions.
  • Participate actively in design and engineering review meetings.
  • Stay informed on industry developments, standards, and innovations relevant to the role.
  • Candidates should have a basic understanding of EASA/FAA aviation regulations, including Part 21 and associated design standards.
  • A strong focus on teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills is essential.
  • A degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required, as well as proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
