Senior Event Planner

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional guest service to our clients. This includes working closely with the Events Team to plan, implement and deliver events of the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event planning and implementation through liaising daily/weekly with the Operations Team
- Client management and communication
- Sales responsibilities including showcasing potential customers around the hotel and upselling every department
- Daily administration duties in the office within the Events team
Requirements:
- Proven track record working for a minimum of 3 years in a 4 or 5-star hotel as a Senior Events Co-ordinator
- Full working knowledge of Opera
- Excellent communication and customer liaison skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
