**Job Description:**

As a skilled marketing professional, you will play a key role in driving business growth through innovative digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for creating engaging content for all social media platforms, including TikTok, and ensuring that all vehicles have up-to-date photos and videos.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Create compelling digital marketing materials, including flyers, banners, and digital assets.
  • Plan and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Generate and present weekly/monthly reports on impressions, leads, clicks, engagement, and ROI.
  • Act as the face of the marketing team on social media and in local promotions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant 3rd level qualification in marketing or a related field.
  • 3-5 years previous marketing experience, ideally in a busy motor dealership or fast-paced business.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain excellent business relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and partners.
  • Proactive and confident in representing the business at community-based events and take a proactive approach to initiatives.
  • Innovative and creative thinker, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work on their own initiative.
