Job Opportunity

Campion Insurance offers a range of insurance solutions for personal and commercial needs. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Personal Lines Team as a Personal Lines Account Executive.

The role involves providing exceptional customer service, handling motor, household, and van insurance policies with expertise, liaising with insurance companies on customer queries and instructions, offering expert guidance to customers across 15 product lines, processing insurance policies adhering to compliance standards and GDPR regulations, processing customer payments efficiently, managing high-level customer calls, mainly inbound and occasionally outbound, meeting weekly, monthly targets, and satisfying key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset.
  • Excellent product knowledge is essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary.
  • Professional appearance and attitude are expected.
  • APA qualification with the Insurance Institute of Ireland is mandatory.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable but not essential.
