Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic sales professional to join our team as a Personal Lines Account Executive.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients.
  • Handle Motor, Household, and Van Insurance Policies.
  • Liaise with insurance companies on customer queries and instructions.
  • Offer expert guidance to customers across various product lines.
  • Process insurance policies in accordance with compliance standards and GDPR.
  • Process customer payments.
  • Take high-level customer calls, mainly inbound and occasionally outbound.
  • Achieve weekly, monthly targets, and satisfy key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Goal-oriented and target-driven.
  • Excellent product knowledge.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • APA Qualification with the Insurance Institute of Ireland.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable but not essential.
