HR Business Partner Role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in employee relations and be able to provide full-cycle HR support to employees and managers.

  • Provide comprehensive HR services, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, policy interpretation, and offboarding.
  • Partner with site lead and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
  • Manage employee relations issues, conducting investigations and recommending solutions in line with company policies and labor law.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to implement and administer HR programs and initiatives.
  • Support the maintenance of accurate HR records and documentation, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of HR best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field.
  • Experience as an HR Generalist, demonstrating a strong understanding of employment law and best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
