Lead Nursing Care Team

Job Description:

  • Oversee care delivery, ensuring it's tailored to each resident's needs.
  • Drive high clinical standards through assessments, care plans, and audits.
  • Support and mentor staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for residents and families, ensuring a person-centred approach.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • NMBI registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • At least 2 years management experience and 3 years in a nursing home within the past 6 years.
  • QQI Level 6 in Management or Leadership.
  • Post-registration qualification in gerontology and/or dementia care (desirable).
