Field Service Professional

Experienced service professionals are sought after to join a dynamic team in Dublin. As a field service technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by carrying out a range of tasks from fault finding to diagnosis and repair of coffee equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out preventative maintenance tasks to ensure all coffee equipment is left in good working order.
  • Ensure all work carried out meets the correct equipment set up as per agreed specification to provide consistent coffee quality.
  • Work proactively with the central call centre to keep them updated on your activities and waiting customers informed.
  • Comply with all on-site arrival procedures by making contact with a manager/supervisor to seek permission to commence work.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates strong problem solving skills with a mechanical or electrical background.
  • Customer Service focused.
  • Full training will be provided.
  • Computer literate with a clean driving license.
  • Self-motivated with a flexible approach to work, location and hours.
