Technical Support Specialist

  • Our company is seeking a highly skilled technical support specialist to join our team.
  • This role involves providing technical assistance and guidance to customers, ensuring their equipment is functioning properly and efficiently.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • They should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Additionally, they will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry developments.
  • A degree in a relevant field such as engineering or computer science is essential, along with previous experience in a similar role.
  • Strong computer skills are also required, including proficiency in software applications and hardware troubleshooting.

Job Requirements
  • Degree Qualified in electronic / electrical / mechanical / biomedical engineering or similar technical discipline.
  • Strong computer and communication skills essential.
  • Previous experience in renal technical services (maintenance & repair) is desirable.
  • Comfortable working in a clinical setting and interacting with allied health professionals.
  • Familiar with relevant E.U. Directives for medical devices.
  • Full clean driving license which allows you to drive in Ireland.
