Job Description:

Operations is the heart and soul of everything Amazon does. As a Field Quality Assurance (FQA) Specialist, you will solve complex challenges, partner with the Quality Manager and Operations Managers to ensure timely delivery of goods out of the facilities. You will identify, design, and deliver process improvement solutions for customer experience initiatives, aimed at enhancing Amazon's delivery network through third-party vendors.

Key job responsibilities
  • Manage daily routes effectively and communicate any issues to the dispatcher.
  • Document feedback and audit results to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Use logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Navigate using GPS and track addresses with on-road applications.
  • Verify access codes and delivery instructions, updating records as needed.
  • Interact with property managers regarding deliveries and record instructions or feedback.
  • Address concerns about service levels and monitor vendor training compliance.
  • Observe deliveries to identify barriers to first-time success and recommend improvements.

Basic Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • Experience with data analytics to identify problems.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer service skills for effective communication.
  • Experience with transportation management or parcel delivery, with geographic expertise.
