Quality Assurance Specialist – Medical Devices

Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days on site)

Contract: Long-term project

What you'll be doing:

  • Running and supporting audits – ensuring standards are met.
  • Working closely with suppliers to maintain the highest level of quality.
  • Taking ownership of problem-solving when things don't go to plan and leading the way to solutions.
  • Managing CAPAs and change control activities, keeping everything fully documented and compliant.
  • Maintaining the quality documentation that keeps everything running smoothly.
  • Supporting training and operational quality activities so the whole team operates at its best.

  • Experience in quality assurance for medical devices or healthcare technology.
  • Understanding of ISO standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Confidence in auditing and supplier management.
