Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our organization.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the processing of defective materials from incoming inspection and production lines. This will involve maintaining quality notifications, working with engineering and other departments to ensure the successful disposition of materials, and reconciling invoice and finance discrepancies.
Additionally, the candidate will support the processing of material dispositions for return to suppliers, creating return material authorizations, and ensuring necessary clearances and approvals are in place. They will also assist in the development of links with suppliers to support the material returns process.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience working in a medical device manufacturing environment or similar. They will possess strong administrative skills, including proficiency in SAP and SharePoint, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a regulated environment with tight deadlines
- Strong working knowledge of general quality administration activities, including SAP
- Certificate level qualification (QQI level 6) in an appropriate discipline or commensurate experience
