Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our QA team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our software applications.

Your primary responsibilities will include participating in analysis of requirements and design documentation, creating test scenarios and cases from these documents, working with delivery teams to understand the steps required for test execution, smoke testing of test environments, executing test scenarios and cases as per the agreed test plan, raising issues and queries in the defect management tool, participating in defect triage, and re-testing of defects.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be proactive and enthusiastic to learn new methodologies and systems, have strong interpersonal skills, and a collaborative approach. You will also be a team player with the ability to work on your own initiative.

Required Skills:

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with MS Excel, including with Excel formulae
