Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing quality management systems, processes, and tools in complex engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Management: Develop and maintain quality management systems, including ISO 9001 standards, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Site Oversight: Conduct site inspections to monitor quality performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide guidance to project teams.
- Training and Development: Provide training to project teams on quality procedures, best practices, and industry standards.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular quality reports, analyze data, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in quality assurance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated expertise in quality management systems, ISO 9001 standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
