Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Co. Wicklow. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of quality standards on site, ensuring that all projects meet the highest level of quality and safety.

The role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading contractor, contributing to the delivery of high-quality projects. As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in quality management, working closely with project managers and site teams to ensure that quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Management of quality standards on site, including daily quality inspections and monitoring of subcontractor compliance.
  • Implementation of site quality programs for subcontractors, ensuring that all works are carried out to the highest standard.
  • Coordination of tests and inspections across site, including the monitoring of changes and reworks to rejected work.
  • Advice and guidance to site teams on quality issues and how to remedy them.
  • Management of all BCAR-related documentation.

What You'll Need to Succeed:
  • At least 3+ years experience in a Site Engineering position or similar role.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, providing advice and guidance to colleagues as needed.
