We are currently seeking a skilled Field Service Specialist to join our client in the semiconductor industry.

This is a 12-month contract to support installation, maintenance and repair at their site.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Undertake all maintenance activities (including installation and commissioning) of products in line with global standards, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
  • Provide front-line support for key field service activities at customer sites, focusing on customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct faultfinding and troubleshooting support to resolve or escalate issues within agreed timeframes, meeting customer expectations.
  • Perform all field service activities within applicable regulations, policies and procedures to meet organisational, safety and health obligations, adhering to risk control elements.
  • Provide detailed feedback on activities and compile clear reports for submission to the line manager and/or technical support, enabling informed decisions to resolve product issues.
Key Requirements:
  • Education level: University or formal qualification in electrical, electromechanical or mechanical discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of field service experience in a relevant industry, ideally customer-facing.
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical documentation relevant to work, including technical drawings.
