Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring global VAT compliance across the group, working closely with the Head of Tax to provide expert advice and guidance on VAT matters.

Main Responsibilities
  • VAT reporting and planning, including the preparation of VAT returns and reconciliation of VAT claims.
  • Manage audits, including VAT tax audits and responding to information requests.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external tax advisors to maintain VAT controls logs and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Support with e-invoicing regulations implementation and prepare SII reconciliations as required per jurisdiction.
Skills and Experience
  • Experience within industry or practice with VAT reporting.
  • International VAT exposure and a strong understanding of VAT regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience of managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
