SAP's Global strategy is focused on helping customers adopt SAP S/4HANA on their path to the Intelligent Enterprise. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with sales teams and technical domain experts to address and answer all relevant customer questions correctly.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical architecture and experience working with hyperscalers, infrastructure, networks, and private cloud deployments.

You will present the offering, run workshops, and serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. Internally, you will hand over your infrastructure design and customer-specific parameters to the build teams for deploying the RISE systems.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Responsible for the technical foundation of RISE with SAP engagements
  • Presents the offering, runs workshops, and serves as the primary point of contact for customers
  • Collaborates with sales teams and technical domain experts to address customer questions
  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience
  • High proficiency in customer communications and presentations
  • Good understanding of technical capabilities of at least one hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
