Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team at TN Ireland. As a key member of the sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Main Responsibilities

You will be tasked with proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market, contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails, exploring new business opportunities within certain target industries and personas, and presenting product value to potential clients. Additionally, you will be expected to identify client needs, suggest appropriate solutions, and set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and enterprise sales teams.

You will also be responsible for adhering to daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, achieving established sales goals and objectives, serving as a product and service advocate for clients, building interest and awareness of their value proposition, and learning and maintaining a current, comprehensive knowledge of client products and services.

Requirements
  1. Native level of French (speak, read, and write)
  2. 2 years of BDR experience
  3. Experience working with IT decision makers
  4. Experience with outreach sales strategies and prospecting companies in France
  5. Highly driven with a passion for sales and for developing as a sales professional
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  7. Track record of achieving sales quotas
  8. Business development or sales experience (SaaS experience preferable)
  9. Strong sales aptitude skills, solutions oriented with a passion for the customer and the customer experience
  10. CRM, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Outreach.IO, and other sales tech stack experience preferred
  11. Tech savvy with a passion for technology and the ability to learn, comprehend, and explain technology
  12. Experience self-prospecting leads and building your own pipeline
