Catering Support Role

Delivering a high-quality and timely service to patients is essential for maintaining a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement infection control protocols throughout the organisation while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of temperature monitoring and cleaning schedules.
  • Collaborate with the Catering Supervisor, Ward Managers, and other staff members to ensure patient dietary requirements are met.
  • Participate in training sessions on food safety procedures and quality programs.
Working Conditions:
  • Normal catering shifts operate from 7:30am to 6:30pm.
  • Alternative catering hours and night teas may be required.
  • Weekends worked in rotation.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Up-to-date certification in food safety and handling practices.
