Job Title: Senior Speech Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with adults who have intellectual disabilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality speech therapy services to our clients, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to support their needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and passionate professional to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver speech therapy services to adults with intellectual disabilities
  • To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized plans
  • To provide training and support to staff members on speech therapy techniques and strategies
  • To contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to speech therapy services

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in Speech Therapy or a related field
  • Have at least 3 years of post-graduate experience as a Speech Therapist
  • Be registered with CORU
  • Have experience working with adults who have intellectual disabilities
  • Have experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team
