Experienced Construction Manager Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to oversee and coordinate construction activities on our projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities, including providing technical inputs and resolving technical issues.
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with building regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Liaise with project teams, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth progress of the construction project.
- Prepare and maintain accurate site reports, records, and documentation.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure workmanship meets required standards.
- Optimize productivity and minimize wastage by monitoring and managing the use of materials, equipment, and resources on site.
- Provide technical support and guidance to site teams and subcontractors as needed.
- Assist in preparing project schedules, work plans, and method statements.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Technical knowledge and experience in construction management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
