Inspire Fitness Centre is a leading leisure facility operated by National Deaf Village Sports & Leisure Co Ltd. We provide a wide range of services to Deaf and DeafBlind people.
Job Role
We are seeking an experienced Director with a strong background in the leisure industry to contribute to our Board of Directors.
Responsibilities (Board Governance)
- Develop and oversee the organisation's strategic plan and long-term direction.
- Provide governance leadership and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee financial stewardship, risk management, and internal controls.
- Support HR strategy, leadership development, and organisational culture.
- Represent the organisation to stakeholders and promote its mission and services to the Deaf and DeafBlind communities.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of [Number] years' experience in the leisure, sport, or nonprofit sectors.
