  • Develop and implement plans to increase customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Minimum APA qualification (or equivalent) and willingness to work towards CIP qualification.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
