About This Role
  • Develop a deep understanding of Forescout products and in-depth knowledge of environments in which they are deployed.
  • Solve technical problems for customers and act as an adviser to less experienced team members.
Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide expert guidance to customers and other support engineers.
  2. Collaborate with the team to resolve complex customer issues.
  3. Handle case escalations and solve customer issues on site.
What We're Looking For
  • 5-8 years of technical experience in a support role (Enterprise-level support environment a plus).
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Outstanding customer-facing skills and ability to troubleshoot heterogeneous environments.
