Incident Response Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Incident Response Recovery Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting audits and peer reviews of incident reports, participating in escalations during weekdays and being on-call during weekends/holidays, and assisting in rebuilding Active Directory domains/networks after an attack.

  • Conduct thorough investigations of security incidents and develop comprehensive plans to prevent future occurrences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address security vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.

Key qualifications for this position include:

  • At least 3 years' professional experience in recovery, troubleshooting, configuration, and network maintenance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in network configuration/troubleshooting, deployment-management systems, and imaging solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of hypervisors like ESXi/VMware or Hyper-V.
