Director of Strategy

As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering organisational strategy. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and senior executives to strengthen leadership and drive effective financial and operational planning.
Main Responsibilities- Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership group to shape and deliver organisational strategy.
- Provide strategic advice and reports on financial sustainability.
- Lead financial operations, including maintaining accounts, budgets, and reconciliations.
- Oversee human resource management, culture, and people strategy.
The successful candidate will have experience in ensuring data protection compliance and adherence to regulatory and industry standards. They will be an excellent leader with a solution-focused mindset, able to plan and think strategically, and work collaboratively in a team.
