Market Research Director Opportunity

At the heart of our company, we are seeking an experienced Market Research Director to lead our research initiatives. This is a pivotal role that will see you at the forefront of driving business growth through strategic research and client engagement.

Job Description
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company's strategy to ensure alignment with client objectives and market trends.
  • - Project Oversight: Design and oversee end-to-end research projects, including sampling, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • - Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of researchers and analysts to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • - Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients and present research findings in a clear and impactful manner.
  • - Methodological Expertise: Stay updated on emerging research trends, tools, and technologies to ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards in data handling and research practices.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in market research and a minimum of 10 years' experience in research management. You should have considerable experience in quantitative research techniques and analysis, as well as excellent influencing skills and the ability to instil client confidence quickly.
