As a Store Manager Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of our store. You will become a brand ambassador for our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with your team to build a high-performing group by recruiting, coaching, training, and setting clear expectations.
  • Act as a model for world-class customer service, drive financial performance, maintain stock accuracy, set up promotional plans, and ensure full compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Embark on a comprehensive training program that includes qualifications accredited by a reputable awarding body.
Requirements:
  • Previous retail experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to understand and analyze sales figures daily to enable the store to trade within predetermined parameters.
  • Passion and enthusiasm for healthy products.
  • The ability to complete regular computer-based training to ensure exceptional product knowledge.
  • The ability to be agile and flexible to multi-task and achieve outstanding results.
