Executive Chef Position

Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in running the kitchen, contributing to the production of high-quality food, and supervising team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the overall success of the kitchen.
  • Supervise team members and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Prepare and properly garnish all food orders as they are received.
  • Ensure the proper set-up of each item on menus and maintain high food standards.
  • Be creative and develop innovative dishes.
About the Role:

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a senior chef within a food service environment.
  • Culinary school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Possess a good knowledge of food safety procedures and regulations.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Good command of the English language.
