Job Title: Senior Kitchen Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Chef de Partie to lead our kitchen team and ensure the production of high-quality food in accordance with menu specifications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall running of the kitchen, coordinating with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to achieve operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in planning and executing kitchen operations
  • Supervise and mentor junior chefs to enhance their skills and performance
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new menus and recipes
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen efficiency
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Chef de Partie or senior kitchen supervisor in a fast-paced food service environment
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification
  • Proven track record of leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with HACCP procedures and regulatory compliance
