Practice/Care Supervisor Opportunity

We are recruiting a Practice/Care Supervisor to join our Care Support Team. As a Practice/Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing care delivery, supporting field staff, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support carers delivering community care throughout the North East Region
  • Conduct regular quality checks and ensure compliance with care plans
  • Build and maintain relationships with staff, clients, and families
  • Participate in the on-call phone roster
  • Maintain accurate documentation in line with regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse (RGN, RNID, RPN) or qualified Social Care Worker
  • Experience in community care (homecare or similar) is an advantage
  • Previous supervisory experience is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with strong computer literacy
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
